Berry Sensory Analysis Seminars - September 3rd-5th
Join Vinquiry and
Gianni Trioli from Vinidea Italy to learn the proper berry sampling
procedures to determine overall ripeness. These techniques,
developed by the ICV (Institut Cooperatif du Vin) in France, are
very important in years with frost damage or temperature spikes. The
seminars will be held in Washington, Northern California and Central
California.

seminar on sparkling wine production. Although the seminar will
mainly focus on the traditional method, the charmat method will also
